Новые 5-осевые Machines Doosan VCF 850 5AX
The VCF 850 5AX from Doosan is a large range 3, 4 and 5 axis machine with 3000mm x 850mm x 800mm travel in X, Y and Z axes.
This machine is equipped with an optional B axis (+/- 110 hailusov), a milling spindle (22 kW / 12,000 rpm) and an optional 500 mm rotary table or an integrated 800 mm rotary table. The tool changer can up to 60 positions. the machine can also be equipped with Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens control systems.
Machines VCF 850 is a wide range Vertical MACHINING CENTERS with a Spindle head that can be tilted along the B axis by 110 hailusov in both directions vertically, allowing them to machine large and complex parts in one setup, eliminating the time spent on downtime.
The tilt of the headstock, in combination with a rotary table with a diameter of 500 mm or 800 mm (depending on the table configuration), allows up to five sides of the workpiece.
Machines VCF 850 is equipped with a rigid, one-piece, fine-grained Meehanite bed with heavy ribs. For reduced vibration and deformation under heavy cutting conditions, which improves accuracy, improves the quality of finishing processing and extends tool life.
Due to the design of the movable stand, the table and therefore the workpiece itself remain locked during Processing. This ensures an even load on the guides, ball screws and motors.
For greater rigidity, increased precision and improved surface processing, all axes are equipped with linear roller guides (rather than the more common ball bearing guides). Roller guides are three times stiffer and twice as strong as ball bearing guides and optimize mass and force distribution).
All axes are driven by a high-precision double ball screw, which is centered between the guides and is held at both ends by an angular contact bearing. All ball screws are cooled by circulating refrigerated oil (as well as other critical components including ball nut, thrust bearings and motor housing).

This system, in combination with a dual design, provides outstanding positional repeatability with virtually no temperature rise. All axes are equipped with large diameter ball screws that are directly connected to the servo motors without gears or belts to reduce backlash.
axis X, Y and Z use absolute type For glass linear scales of higher positioning accuracy. These scales practically exclude the thermal effect of ball screws and backlash. This allows you to save up to the triggers and not perform any correction.
Machines are equipped with a Doosan turntable (built-in or top-mounted), which allows you to process workpieces from multiple sides without re-positioning.
Processing performance is assured by a powerful high speed (18.5 kW / 22 kW 12,000 rpm) oil-cooled inline spindle (204 Nm). The cooling control system circulates cooling oil around the spindle to maintain a constant temperature and improve accuracy regardless of the ambient temperature and processing conditions.
Machines are equipped with a double contact tooling system (Big Plus), which helps to reduce vibration during Processing, thereby improving the accuracy of parts and the quality of the finish surface, as well as extending tool life.
The system is supported by high precision, permanently lubricated ceramic ball bearings that help deliver impressive spindle acceleration / deceleration times. An encoder is installed on the Spindle to provide rigid tapping for better performance.
For the VCF 850 you can choose from tool changing systems. The complete set comes standard with a 30 position drum magazine, and as an option up to a 60 position magazine and a chain type tool changer with double arm. The switching time from tool to tool is 1.5 seconds.
Installing a separate magazine capable of holding 5 long large instruments (up to 80mm in length and 130mm in diameter) increases the versatility of the machines.
up toAdditional versatility of the machines is provided due to the large travel range along the X axis (3 meters) and the possibility of multi-point clamping. To take full advantage of this capability, the node is located within the Processing area of the machine. The separation of the cutting area and the setting area increases productivity.
