Original mechanism.
REVERSE HEAD FOR REVERSE PROCESSING. The introduction of the original revolving head for reverse processing realized the appearance of a compact-sized Artank with 1 spindle and 1 revolving head, although the introduced Artank (offered) has 2 spindles and 2 revolving heads.
Self-loading mechanism.
The traditional self-loading mechanism, in which the main spindle is fixed while the opposing auxiliary spindle is moved in the Z direction to remove the workpiece, was complemented by the movement of the auxiliary spindle in the X direction.
S type (BNJ-42S6).
This type of Artank is equipped with a very stiff main spindle, an auxiliary spindle that can move in the X and Z directions, a main turret with 12 tool holders and a turret for back turning with a shank of tool holders.
It is capable of simultaneously performing machining operations in the left and right directions, milling, contouring, profiling, off-center machining and overlay machining.
