The new PUMA AW560 / 660 II series from Doosan Machine Tool includes a range of high-performance horizontal turning centers that have the largest working area in their class.
PUMA AW560 / 660 II horizondal TURNING CENTERS series with wide working area, high performance and user friendliness, consists of three models including PUMA AW560 II, PUMA AW560MF II and PUMA AW660 II.
The new PUMA AW560 / 660 II series, based on the latest Doosan Machine Tools manufacturing technology, offers chuck sizes that can handle wheels up to 20 and 24 inches, with a maximum processing diameter of Ø650 mm and a processing length of 710 mm.
Excellent performance
The maximum diameter of processing of Series PUMA AW560 / 660 II machines is Ø650 mm, the largest in its class, it can process aluminum wheels of different sizes.
With a maximum power of 37 kW and a torque of 538 Nm, these new Models provide users with superior turning capacity and reliability, resulting in high metal removal rates and accurate cutting at high processing speeds.
Serviceability
Both the internal structure and the housing of the Series PUMA AW560 / 660 II are specially designed to conveniently remove large amounts of chips produced during the processing of aluminum alloy.
Serviceability is also achieved through easy-to-handle lubrication and service-friendly air supply system.
Improved user friendliness
Other new user-friendly features are the minimum distance between the machine's front guard and the spindle, a high-performance LED work light that is designed to simplify processing setup.
